CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are sent a reminder notification 48 Hours prior to their appointment via Email or SMS. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 Hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made either by phone or in person. Voicemails or Emails can also be sent within this time as well and will be confirmed with a notification or call / email. Any missed appointments without a 24 Hour notice or last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
REFUNDS
All Pre-Paid Treatments can be refunded within 48 Hours of purchase excluding Gift Cards or Gift Certificates which are Non-Refundable.
Unopened / unused products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days, however, all opened or used products are Non-Refundable.
Pre-Paid Packages bought cannot be shared among family members or friends.
